Prices

Kali Luxury Apartments reserves the right to change the prices listed on the web site https://www.kalihouse.webnode.gr at any time without prior notice.

Payment

For reservations made via our website, it is required to make a 25% deposit of the total reservation amount payable to our bank account.
An electronic reservation receipt for every reservation will be mailed out to the customer, who is then required to present it upon arrival, whilst checking in for the offered services.

Cancellations & Modifications

Extension of stay:
In case the client wishes to extend their reservation during their stay in the Kali Luxury Apartments , the company cannot guarantee the prolonging of their stay in the same apartment.

In case the client wishes to extend their reservation prior to their arrival at the Kali Luxury Apartments , the client must contact the booking department of the apartment as soon as possible.

Modifications:

If the client wishes to change the days of his stay at the Kali Luxury Apartments , he must contact the booking department as soon as possible.
In case the client wishes to shorten the duration of his stay after his arrival at the Kali Luxury Apartments , no refund is available. In any case, clients should contact the booking department of the Kali Luxury Apartments as soon as possible.

Cancellation of reservation:
In case the client wishes to cancel their reservation, they must contact the booking department of the Kali Luxury Apartments as soon as possible.
The client reserves the right to cancel their reservation at any time pending the following sanctions:

Cancellation fee:

*A no- show of the client at the hotel or a cancellation of reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival date incurs a cancellation fee that amounts to the total amount of the advance reservation deposit.

* A cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival is entitled to refund of the whole reservation deposit.

The refund of the reservation deposit to the client by the company is realized either via a deposit to the bank (the bank fees are covered by the client).

* Departure is until 11 o'clock morning .

* Surcharge of 50% at departure until 18:00, and 100% after 18:00.

Notification

-You will be responsible for any damage caused to the rental accommodation either by you or by the people with whom you share your stay.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Thoroughly clean the rooms according to the rules of protection from COVID-19.
